Couldn't change the number of people that I was getting charged for with the room. Ended up getting given a different room because of it. When I explained, the front desk was not friendly. My other family members that were staying in the other rooms had no AC. The breakfast that was suppose to be buffet and included in the price was not free and was terrible. Would not support this hotel unfortunately again. It is disappointing how run down it is now

The staff was great but hotel in rough condition. The TV remote was missing, the hair dryer was coming off the wall. The bathroom heater had paint cracking around it, the bathtub and toilet were stained. One of our beds tipped up when you sat on it. Breakfast was minimal . The hotel definitely was trying to save money.

The staff were not helpfull, no one answered two telephone calls so i gave up. The male house keeper did not speak English and did not know what a broom was. The website said pool closed until December 31. Front desk said January 1st. Management said any day now. Local health authority said unlikely to be reopened any time soon. We cancel and rented at another hotel. Down hill all the way with the new owners.

I found the staff pleasing but as other reviews state anything with water was closed. Seems like for the greater part of 4mo. Stairwells (no elevators) are gruesome. Place smells like mildew and sewer? Maybe the reason for the pool closures? Room was small but clean. 80s rock music heard in atrium until 2100 through walls. Better choices for now but can see the potential.

Gorgeous but ******* didnt let me book for the night I was staying so I had to pay for a pet friendly room and still leave my dogs in the car anyways. It was a nice stay all in all. Closed pool facility but very pretty and comforting environment

Would not recommend!! Room was filthy. The front desk staff was not willing to fix or upgrade. Upon check out, was told no info for management was available. This experience ruined a great concert trip.

Paint peeling, water stains on the ceiling, thermostat hanging off the wall, dust everywhere, pillows are lumpy, room was hot.

Terrible stay, cold room no access to turn on heat, no extra blankets , vending machines didn’t work , counter had no change for vending machine, worst continental breakfast!!! pool wasn’t working. Cheap but wouldn’t stay there again.

Clean hotel although the hot tub and the sauna were under maintenance.
Overall the place was clean, and the room was clean.
Lots of restaurants close by and the shopping was around 2-6 km away.
