This is a nice quiet location, abit hard to access from the hwy though. First thing I noticed when we got the room was that the water bottles were not new but had been opened and partially used. There is no microwave so making tea or anything was not easy, just a single serve Keurig. The restaurant was not very good and I would definitely not waste my money on there food again but it was convenient for this trip since hubby was having surgery.

Wonderful and very accommodating staff upon check in. Our room was clean and comfortable. The entire area was kept well sanitized. All the workers/management were very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

Let me start by saying I hate that I have to slam a hotel in a place I travel to periodically but, this is place is just awful. Any place that has to put magic tree air fresheners under the sink in the bathroom to try and drown out the smell of smoke in the walls...... This hotel needs updating and fast. I am not sure whether it is being used as a place to house people in need but all I saw all weekend was people smoking outside the front entrance. On the morning of the first full day there, they managed to only make one bed out of the two. Add that to the awful customer service, the hot tub being old and jet controls not working and the uneven ground around the pool area. It shouldn't even get 1 star if truth me told..... I wouldn't stay there again until it gets updated and refurbished. I had breathing issues with the smoke smell in the bathroom walls and it has the potential for anyone with allergies and asthma to have exactly the same issues. This wasn't cheap when we booked it, but I will be sticking ONLY to the newer hotels in town from here on in.

Stayed one night, we found bedbugs in the dirty bed and the whole room wasn’t clean. The manager has been avoiding our calls and blocked our emails, we have pictures they’re not doing anything about it’s not about a refund it’s about the bugs!

Considering I had spent the previous night camped in my tent next to my vehicle in a roadside pull-out in the middle of the Stewart-Cassiar Highway due to a closure of the Alaska Highway that caused all campgrounds and hotels along the highway to be fully booked, my stay at the Four Points was like slipping back into the lap of luxury, and the modern world. Parking was easy, the lobby was nice (and smelled great, I would love to know if that's a cleaning agent or some kind of scent), the check-in was fast, the room was big, modern, clean, and appointed with everything you could ask for. Slept like a baby. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay here. We like it because it is quiet, on the small side and has very friendly staff. The rooms are very large as well which is nice. However, the entire hotel is looking more tired than the last stay. The rooms (particularly the bathrooms) could definitely use some updating, but more importantly, they need a good cleaning in the nooks and crannies as many areas throughout the hotel do. Elevator wasn’t working properly. No loyalty recognition for Marriott Bonvoy members. It was just a very underwhelming stay and likely our last for now.
