Vientos del Sur is a decent hotel that could use a thorough renovation. The rooms are relatively small with slightly wobbly beds and worn furniture. The breakfast restaurant (which serves excellent, though not lavish breakfast) resembles a school cafeteria. The location, just outside the noisy city center yet close to everything - including the beach - is the hotel's biggest asset. The cleaning is thorough, the staff is friendly, the wifi works well, and it's advantageous for guests with cars that there is good, private parking. All in all, more pluses than minuses, but there should be at those prices.

This is just an amazing hotel! Outstanding service!! super clean and modern decor with a mountain, idilic and farmhouse vibe! Staff beyond friendly! My room had the best view of the volcano and at night I could see the red lava which generated great pictures!!! Totally recommended!!

Todo super bien, una hermosa habitación y buena vista al volcán El personal muy agradable y cordial Buena disposición 😊 Solo faltó el canal del fútbol TNT sports Somos futboleros . La atención del personal siempre es muy amable. Además la habitación es muy cómoda, camas que te permiten descansar. El aseo siempre queda bien hecho. Y que decir del desayuno, FANTÁSTICO. Al lado del centro, todo se puede hacer caminando, ya que en temporada peak mejor no usar el auto. Volveré siempre al hotel.

Excelente ubicación, las habitaciones limpias y cálidas, rico desayuno y extraordinaria atención de las 2 chicas de recepción, desde la llegada al hotel, muy preocupadas y te explican todo lo necesario, tanto del hotel como sus actividades en pucón y alrededores.

Buena atencion super personalizada, desayuno excelente, agendamos con ingreso a las termas lo cual tambien fue super bueno el trato, seguridad para ingresar, todo muy cerca por lo que puedes dejar el vehiculo y caminar con tranquilidad, encantada volveria a ir.

Atendimento e recepção excelentes. Localização muito boa na rua de trás todo o movimento. Arrumação do quarto perfeita e informações recebidas ajudaram muito. Das janela do hotel dá para ver o vulcão. Café da manhã é muito bom. A recepcionista é brasileira e facilitou a nossa estada na cidade.
