Noi Indigo Patagonia

We paid quite a bit for this hotel because it promised spa and sauna-- but when we got there we were notified spa was closed. Staff were very pleasant. Restaurant was nice. Were also surprised that staff did not facilitate excursions other than giving you websites for us to look into excursions.

The rooms are not how they are pictured on the website, spa is always “out of order” and the restaurant is meodicore. The wait staff in the restaurant was the only plus of the stay. After a week of hiking I just wanted to stay somewhere we could use a hot tub and get a good meal, if that is what your looking for, look elsewhere!

The good: The building has a cool design and the staff are mostly very nice. The view is lovely. The bad: The rooms are tiny, and if you share with a friend, there is no privacy as the shower and sink are in the middle of the room. They mostly don't want anyone to use the room over the restaurant with windows to the sea and lovely couches - it's the best room in the hotel and usually closed off. The worst of it: We chose it for the spa (sauna and jacuzzi on top floor), and they said they spa had a fire in the sauna so it was fully closed. We even booked a second night so we could spend a day lounging around the spa after our group hike of the O Circuit in Torres del Paine. As compensation, they offered champagne and nuts and a room upgrade. After an hour of haggling while exhausted, we were also offered a measly 8% discount. In the end, our rooms were not even upgraded. I felt lied to and deeply disappointed. Just note that if the hotel has any problem, they view it as your problem, not theirs, and will treat you accordingly. From what I've seen, they still aren't noting on their website or booking sites that their spa is closed down right now. I wrote to them about my experience and received no response.

The hotel is right by the water and also close to the town center, so bars, restaurants and shops were only a short walk away. The rainfall showers seemed very inefficient. The beds were comfortable though. The way the standard room were situated, sharing a thin wall, allowed you to hear all the comings and goings of your next door neighbor. Not a big issues, but it you’re looking for quiet, you’ll likely want to request an upgraded room.

We stayed here for 4 nights during our extensive tour of Chile. A good hotel with good services.  The room is quite small but sufficient, but not much storage. Modern decor throughout. The shower was always hot, so no complaints there, however it could do with de..scaling so it was more of a tap than a shower with the water coming down in a single torrent. However it did the job OK. Bed was comfortable, with 2 single quilts which we found comfortable in the end. Restaurant opens for breakfast at 6.30am which is inconvenient if you have a pick up at 6.30. I suggest making a coffee machine available on request and possibly even some muffins or similar if a guest has an early start. We were able to snatch some breakfast once the door was unlocked luckily as our pick up was delayed.  Our boxed lunch didn't arrive as arranged, unfortunately, and so if we hadn't picked up a few things for breakfast on the go we would have had a very hungry day indeed. There seemed to be a staff shortage on the first few days,  but things got better on day 3 and 4. Friendly reception staff who asked about our day and showed an interest in us which we always appreciate. Good breakfast and good range of cereals seeds fruit and nuts. Friendly chap running the breakfast service. Good location short walk to the town and all the eateries.  Interesting town. Interesting walk along the sea with artworks nearby. The skateboard Park is just opposite but we didn't experience any noise or disturbance.

I stayed at Noi Indigo Patagonia as a portion of a birthday trip. The good: The suite was spacious with fantastic views of the water and skatepark. I actually don't think the hotel website photos did the room justice—the natural wood touches, the tub, the decorative elements, etc. made the room feel cozy but modern. The welcome gift, cleanliness, breakfast options, and customer service (they found me an iron!) were all appreciated. Overall, I found this to be a much better value than other hotels I found in the area. The bad: Nothing, really, other than having a physical key (as opposed to key card) that I had a little trouble opening the door with. Overall, this is a great place to stay if you're in town for Torres del Paine National Park.

We stayed over new year's eve and had a blast! Staff are very friendly and the new year's eve dinner was delicious. We had a really good time and it was nice to see staff relax. The view from our junior suite was fabulous although what possessed Chileans to put a skatepark in front of a v beautiful mountain view is beyond me! Sometimes it felt as if people could look into our room but didn't seem to be the case from outside. Breakfast in my opinion could be improved with a better selection. For dinner do check out the many restaurants downtown rather than eat in the hotel. We couldn't use the jacuzzi on the rooftop as it was not cleaned on new year's day and had many flies in it which wasn't great. Reception seem somewhat stand offish and don't want to help with luggage. Slippers should be provided in the rooms. All in all a good choice but improvements could make the hotel even better.

The location is great as are the views. The staff is quite friendly. But the rooms are tiny and very shabby. Two people in a room is absolutely crowded. It feels like it was a DIY project for someone. The toilet, faucet, shower barely work. Plus the restaurant is mediocre and expensive.
