My experience at Viva heavens was horrendous right from the start. I scheduled pick up from the airport directly with Viva, they were very quick to take payment, but when it came time that my flight arrived not one person at the hotel knew what was going on with my pickup nor really cared about it. I was coming from a temperature of 20°F at my home location to 90°F on the scorching heat with a winter Jacket on my side I had to wait over an hour in those conditions. My girlfriend arrived an hour before me, and asked at the front desk if they knew what was going on with my pickup and she was treated with a condescending attitude from Keisilvelly whose immediate response to my girlfriend was “well we don’t deal with that here”. After my long wait and several phone calls I was able to get in contact with the driver who was supposed to be there before my flight arrived I made it to the hotel and had to deal with Belgica Ortiz and her her poor costumer service and very sassy attitude. This hotel is very small and is very difficult to get reservations for the a la carta restaurants, the food is below average with the exception of Blend, every plate there was delicious the rest of the staff was overall very welcoming cheerful and overall pleasant to be around I’d love to thank Benedicta once I saw my situation wasn’t being fixed I requested a supervisor she came to the rescue was very polite and solved all my issues on the spot I’m not sure I’ll go back to Viva heavens but Benedicta

Was good for the most part. Friendly staff, decent food. Small resort. One pool, 5-10 minute walk to ocean. Limited things to do on the resort but we did 3 excursions off resort to keep us busy.

Very loud music late at night for party . Rooms not sound proof . Food choices awful, Buffett same everyday. WiFi not stable and no English television.

The buffet was good as well as the pool. My kids had a great time. Even the room was surprisingly big. However for a family of 4 you expect at least 4 shower towels and on certain house keeping 1 or no towels for given. Which was my only problem with the house keepers. Overall not a bad vacation.

The pool area is cute, the rooms are spacious. Staff overall were pretty nice. Older hotel so could use some upgrades. The only true complaint is that we could not book any restaurants during our stay because they were already booked up for the entire week we were informed as they do not open more than two restaurants a night out of the four or five they have onsite. Outside of this it's a cute little older resort. Don't expect high class and you will be ok.

The pictures of this hotel on the ******* website are 5 years old. It has not been an "adults only" property. since 2018. While the staff were generally helpful, the rooms are more like a college dorm room than a "resort" hotel and the food was barely suitable for human consumption. Overall, a total waste of our money and a huge disappointment.

Check in was fairly quick, as we arrived in late afternoon. We soon realized that this resort was no longer Adults Only, like it had been in our previous stay in Feb. 2022. This could have been a major inconvenience, but the kids were usually supervised and mostly well behave, but it was a shock, since we had filtered our search to Adults only resorts & thus chose this resort again. Room was in good working condition upon arrival and continued to be adequate for the duration of our stay. Shower was excellent, although water tended to splash out on the floor and the single (1) bath mat towel was unable to contain spill out from around the shower glass. (2) bath towels were provided, but no face clothes and only (1) other hand towel was present. Safe & room keys worked flawlessly throughout our stay. Construction was ongoing on our side of the building balcony, during daylight hours, but was only a minor disturbance. Food was plentiful but only somewhat varied from day to day. Weather wasn't the greatest overall, but that isn't a reflection on the resort, just an observation of our time there.
