The property was great for me and my wife. We were able to navigate and walk everywhere in a timely manner. Food was very good at Helios and the spot by the pool……. Everywhere else just ok. The pools were nice ……… we really like the foam party !!! We had a swim up pool to our room that we loved …… the only problem was we were supposed to have a hammock. We ask our butler where was our hammock at check in. He just gave us the run around for the first 2 days. So that was a bummer. The property was very nice and quiet, always very clean. The entertainment was ok …. The employees did their best with the entertainment. The bar upstairs was great both bartenders stayed engaged and made great drinks everyday. There was absolutely no harassment for tips which great and made me tip more. The beach they took us to was great ….. this is a must, go to the gorgeous beach, take long walks up the beach. We took a lot of pictures at the beach. We will most definitely come back to this property. It was a great reconnection for me and my wife .

Out room smelled of humidity gave my wife allergies , they changed our room the last night . The food was really bad, everything seem frozen , dry.
Breakfast was the better choice.
This is definitely the last time I will stay in an all inclusive .

Beautiful property! Possibly the most beautiful that we have ever stayed at.
The staff is amazing and can't do enough for you!
Resort is small and quiet, just what we were looking for. We stayed for 11 days - probably wouldn't stay as long if we went back simply because since it's such a small property there isn't much variety for food/restaurants - but we knew that before we booked.
Our butler Maria was amazing, so quick to respond and frequently checked in on us.

Clean room and beautiful view ,staff was friendly and accommodating , Edwin was excellent and satisfied all our requests. Entertainment was fun and engaging. Only glitch was checkout with the price of our massages they said i owed 400 but the receipt i had said 270 overall it was corrected but it took about 35 minutes and i was having concerns about missing our flight.

The property is beautiful and very comfortable for what we were looking for which was a walkable resort.
All the hosts were amazing and their energy really made our days. Some waiters went above and beyond to make us feel special.
However, the breakfast buffet was pretty disgusting with deli meats looking spoiled and some fruits with mold on them.
The entertainment staff did more harassing than entertaining and we were repeatedly approached and told to leave a review starting from day 1 and then they would hover and wait.
A lot of staff were more interested in selling additional services than making the experience you already paid for a nice one.
In addition I felt the cleanliness was really lacking. The bathrooms in the lobby and pool area were always dirty and as for the room our wet towels were taken and folded to look as they were fresh ones.
Overall I would say this resort is ok. Definitely not 5 stars and I feel as though the harassment and hovering really contribute to all the stellar reviews as people are uncomfortable to write negative things with them watching.

Cap Cana area was developed as a high end location for the rich. Investors lost 51 million. Foreclosures still haunt the almost empty street with empty store fronts a decade after development. Location and greed killed the dream. The resort is suffering from low cash flow and lack of people. Imagine how a property is maintained and the food quality under these conditions. Stay at the beach and avoid this millionaires dream.

I stayed at TRS Mexico which was great, this one in Puntacana has literally nothing, just one or two options for dining. We arrived at 3pm, there was nothing to eat because only the coffee shop was open

Getting to the property wasn’t too bad. Enclosed gated community which was nice. Hotel lobby was beautiful and so open! The overlook of the pools, beach, marina ect was gorgeous! The landscaping was great. Pools was fantastic. The staff was fantastic except for one issue we had. The food was average. Nothing to rave about. Our concierge advised us that we were able to check out at a later time with no charge due to the fact at check in we were brought to what we thought was our room that was being occupied by other guest. Therefore we had to walk all the way back to the lobby and get a new room. At time of check out we were told we never was able to have a late check out and it seemed we were almost being told we were lying. It left unsettling feeling to conclude our trip. We’d never check out late on purpose! Other then being a liar it was a beautiful time.
