房間乾淨，裝修很新！房東小姐姐也很熱情！很有氛圍感的房子，樓下就是商圈，吃喝逛都很方便！下次來莆田還住這個！進門一樓大廳有門禁，辦理入住後門禁密碼就發到手機上了，很安全很方便

酒店在湄洲島的中段，直接對着大海，網紅打卡地蓮池澳海灘就在馬路對面，在房間裏直接可以看到。島上有公交車直達各個景點，都是免費的。

在財富中心寫字樓裏，登記之後可以錄入面容，就可以刷臉進去了。房東服務態度非常好，房間乾淨時尚，也很安靜。

在正榮財富中心那，車子直接停地下室上樓，交通很方便，兩個房間一個大床一個雙人床，我們五個人住很合適，房間很寬敞乾淨，設施很齊全，客廳有投影儀，洗護用品用的一次性的浴巾和毛巾，很人性化，性價比非常高，小孩住得很開心。管家非常熱情，第一次到莆田，管家很熱情介紹夜市，有問必答。

衞生：打掃很乾凈
環境：周邊是商場，吃的不用愁
設施：兩間房，兩間大床，床也很大
