設施：基礎設施很完善 老闆跟我們將該升級床墊 個人感覺很舒適
衞生：房間裏的衞生很乾凈 非常好評 住的讓人心情愉悦
環境：個人感覺房間周圍的環境也不錯 整潔

住過的最麻煩的，最差的酒店，沒有電梯，拿着大行李箱爬四層樓，不能退房，平台客服都説這家店很難溝通。隔音差的要死，像是和別人在合租一樣。住了兩個小時就走了，交了按金催兩次才給退。避雷莆田無所謂公寓

這個酒店內部還是比較衞生的，位置靠近火車站，對於早上趕火車的人來説是比較適合的，旁邊有一條街，也比較多的大排檔，吃飯包括早餐都不成問題。但是外部環境就比較差了，應該是那種回遷房或者經濟適用房改造的民宿，沒有電梯，居民的素質相對應該也比較差，那個樓梯啊真的是臟得不像樣，好臭。有些住客可能素質也有些問題，或者不知道是不是潮濕的原因，房內還是會有民宿常有的那種異味（很奇怪，為什麼那些大牌的連鎖酒店就不會有那股味道）儘管看起來比較衞生。

來湄洲島旅遊入住這家公寓，老闆非常熱心，將酒店地址及入住方式，休息事項及時告知，非常貼心。房間好大，整潔無異味。被褥非常乾淨，夜間四周安靜無聲，休息的非常好。最重要的我早上因疏忽將平板電腦落在房間沒發現，老闆及時與我聯繫，並派人送到我中。令我十分感動。謝謝無所謂公寓老闆及全體工作人員。

和女朋友到莆田旅遊，想着這家離動車站比較近，所以就網上訂了這家。到了才發現，衞生間是陽台改裝的，馬桶蓋子都是壞的，馬桶非常高，我身高175，坐在馬桶上的時候，腳後跟都着不了地！抽紙是那種極其差勁的小小兩包，捲紙也沒有，毛巾應該用了很久很久時間，硬邦邦的，幸虧自己帶了浴巾，如果不是時間太晚了，肯定就退房了。最讓人感到離譜的是~退房時間是第二天中午12點，時間還沒到12點，竟然有個阿姨連門都不敲，直接就開門進來！説是要開始打掃衞生。我跟我女朋友兩個衣服都沒穿，我真的人都傻了！！！當時想報警的心都有了！
