第一次來莆田遊玩，隨便訂了壺蘭酒店，在市中心，導航可以直接到酒店，有免費停車場。酒店服務員態度都很熱情，有禮貌。房間幫我安排到了15樓，視野很好，房間面積有30多平，衞生乾淨整潔，床上得被子蓋得好舒服，有自助洗衣機很便利，重要是酒店細節做得不錯，有晚安小點心贈送，前台會分享周邊的當地名小吃和旅遊景點，早餐睡太晚沒去試，看點評很不錯，下次來再試試。

衞生狀況見馬桶蓋，太噁心啦🤮，這個星級這個狀況真的糟糕。環境周邊還是方便的，吃的很多。夜間的服務真心差，辦入住的兩人就像欠了錢一下，全程黑臉，房間電話機邊上沒分機號指示牌，用手機打外線，説你怎麼沒看到那個牌子？…讓客房部送個被子，不知道是不是要的晚了，全程黑臉，按門鈴之後沒一句話，説謝謝也沒有迴應…房間吹風機也很小，室內壁紙都起皮了。白天的服務員態度還是可以，包括幫忙寄存行李等。總之，服務環境和價格沒法匹配，真的太差了！

我覺得教為不錯吧，五一漲得厲害，服務還可以，酒店設施比較陳舊看上去像是很早以前的，天花板比較矮，有洗衣房但洗烘不一體，洗衣機洗好的水特別多，第二天發現洗烘不一體叫服務員幫我烘乾一下領班也忘記了，又是晚上自己烘乾的
