衞生：床上用品沒什麼問題，衞生間浴缸漏水，淋浴洗起來賊難受，洗手枱高度低於1米6的估計用起來費勁，重點説一下毛巾，一進門就是這樣亂擺的，而且摸起來是硬巴巴的，看起來也很舊，男朋友用了我沒敢用。
交通：交通還是可以的，離地鐵站比較近
個人感覺一晚300多性價比不高，這次來青島也是被這兒的房價物價嚇到，宰客是真的存在的。。。

【位置佈局】比較好找的，老闆會發路線圖。整個小樓裏都是民宿，大概7間房。
樓梯有點窄，如果一個人拎大箱子會比較困難。
老房子隔音不行，晚上感覺有人在樓上走、説話也能聽到一點。還時不時屋裡不知道熱水器還是智能馬桶會突然加熱似的呼的一聲。
進門一個小隔間是鞋凳、小廚房，買海鮮可以自己煮。裏面客廳卧室一體的，●比較尷尬是廁所浴室和卧室連通的，沒有門也沒有簾子。
有浴缸，智能馬桶，淋浴房。但是淋浴房因為面積原因很小，活動受限嚴重。
有個室外小陽台，外面是老平房的屋頂們。屋裡也有掛衣架。
【周邊】離中山路挺近，走到天主教堂三五分鐘，附近超市和餐館都有，走到海邊也就大概15分鐘。
【停車】樓下路邊有付費停車線，一天封頂20那種，停車場的話大概可以停悦喜客來？
【服務】老闆回覆比較快的，也可以給開發票，態度挺好噠。按金轉了100，退房當天就退了。
【設施】牙具、拖鞋、瓶裝水、吹風機、大瓶裝洗髮水護髮素沐浴露、毛巾都有，還有青島特色嶗山可樂！紙巾很多。●沒有浴巾、泡澡袋、usb充電口，有需要的自己帶喔！
有暖氣挺暖和，也可以再開空調。
【總體評價】可以來住！

房間和照片是一樣的，床墊是軟的很舒服，家居用品店家很用心，服務態度也很好，這次就想住一下老洋房果然有腔調
