公寓酒店是新建的，裏面的裝修都是新的，但沒有味兒，衞生很好，有洗衣機。床品好，睡覺舒服，電視大而清晰，可以投屏。小區門口可以停車，步行到海邊10分鐘。

房間很好，還有陽台，還可以投影看電影，房間無異味，設施也很新，離海邊特別近，在陽台就可以看見大海，很喜歡，唯一一點不好的就是有🦟，一晚上被咬了好幾個包，雖然有驅蚊的，但好像不太管用，哈哈哈哈哈，別的都很好

房間佈置很温馨，打掃的也很乾凈，洗漱用品都是一次性的，可以放心使用。我們是來這邊旅遊的，酒店離海特別近，步行衹需要幾分鐘，在陽台也能看到大海。白天去海邊玩，晚上窩在房間裏看百寸大屏電影，體驗感超棒。老闆人很好，服務態度很好，總之是一次愉快的出行體驗，下次來青島還會定這家酒店。

連瓶水都沒有，沒有也沒問題，酒店介紹裏明明寫着有瓶裝水，一天夠累了，大風寒冷天，還得自己出去買，買也沒事，離最近的商店也挺遠。本不想多説，畢竟經濟形勢差，大家都不容易。客觀描述一下，希望老闆也能認真對待。
