20年前老破樓的味道，又潮有難聞，辦理入住後上樓居然沒收拾屋子，裡邊不忍直視，問題是提前也不説，説了我們就在大廳坐着等收拾完再上去了，後來又給我們升級成豪華標間，給兩張卡讓我們上去看房間，結果上去兩張卡都刷不開房間，溜溜的又折騰一趟，玩我呢，本來玩的挺累的，回來歇會，這真無言以對，想退房還得攜程溝通店家，又等了半小時也沒見溝通，***服了，大過節的，太垃圾，兄弟姐妹們，果斷放棄這家，別踩坑了

前台的服務人員態度差到極點，網上提前預訂好的房間，居然找不到，先不説，竟然還讓我坐在沙發區，涼着，給排在我後邊的人先入住，別人都辦好入住手續，還説我們的訂單她們酒店沒有承接業務，總體來説，就是服務態度差，

和同事一起定了豪華大床房，同事來的早衹有一間房空調不好給升級了套房，我來的晚給我留了普通大床房，面積由40平米降到20平，我找前台説明我定的是豪華大床房，前台説我的價錢衹能是普通房，找了經理給我安排到同事不住的豪華大床房，可想心裏多憋屈，如果不是孩子在這裏比賽説什麼都不會住這裏
