This is the happiest and most comfortable hotel to stay in Xinjiang. There is no smell of decoration dust or formaldehyde. The facilities are very good and the bed is super comfortable. Because I checked in in the middle of the night, the service attitude at the front desk is super five-star. They are very considerate of customers. I would like to talk about my personal feelings objectively, because the calculated time was wrong when I arrived at the hotel at 9:30 that night. The security and attendants are all standardized services. The appearance and internal facilities of the hotel are good. The beds are large, and the average hotel is 1.2 meters. , This hotel is 1.3 meters. The bath water is hot, clean and tidy. But the service attitude is average. Because the weather has changed and the weather is very cold, I asked three times if I can add a quilt if it feels cold. Then I said I would go and see it first. It was really cold before I went to the service desk, but because I was afraid of meeting customers before. The standard room is fully booked, so there can be an extra quilt cover, but this service attitude makes me feel that it is not harmonious. Maybe I was out of luck. I had guests check in at 12:30 in the evening, someone called the waiter at 1:00, and guests checked in at 2:30, and people left at 7:30 in the morning. The door closed and the voice kept talking, which caused me not to sleep well all night. Therefore, it is recommended that people with poor sleep quality consider it. Except for the general reasons of poor sound insulation and service, other facilities are still good. The new hotel is clean and tidy, affordable, and breakfast is included.

The final solution was for me to refund the executive room order and rebook the business room. But if I knew that the room given by this hotel was so small, I might not stay here at all.
