體驗感很差 異味 還很吵樓上有ktv
不敢這個環境 下次不會再訂了 衞生間的黴味也是很重 晚上蚊子都有 真是服了，

地理位置佳，就在泉州西街附近。前台服務好，有求必應，能延遲退房。房間整潔乾淨，自助早飯品種還蠻多，很不錯的酒店。

沒有自助洗衣房，衞生間裏也沒有可以曬衣服的線。
網絡很差。
服務員自己不去查客人是否繼續住，居然跑來問是否要打掃衞生。
開發票的時候，網絡太差，電腦死機，直接開不了。
留了訊息開發票，發到郵箱一看，居然少兩百塊！不建議住這家店。

酒店設施齊全但比較陳舊，房間有些黴味，還有3-4樓KTV隔音效果不好，影響睡眠。雖説延遲到14:00退房，但是12:00房卡就失效，過時回房最好一樓前台刷了在上樓，避免來回折騰！問過前台小姐姐，回覆是“延遲是給老顧客的福利”，她説她是對的！

如果有其他選擇，建議慎選。
酒店地段：坐落在晉江旁，離老城區西街 中山路等還是比較方便的，打車10分鐘左右，距離高鐵站也是10多分鐘行程，地理位置其實還算不錯，又不像住在老城區那邊那麼擁擠
酒店設施環境：非常不滿意，以下幾點：
1. 3樓的KTV住在7樓房間裏每天晚上都能聽的非常清楚，我已經算是睡眠重的人，每天后半夜被吵的睡不着連唱的哪首歌都一清二楚。和前台反應後答覆沒有客人像我們這樣説，我是完全不相信的，7樓都能聽的清清楚楚，不相信更低樓層的完全沒有聲音。
2. 房間櫃子裏一大股發黴的臭味，房間窗户很難鎖閉，酒店早餐翻開菜飛出來一衹蚊子，以及其它一些細節都暴露着管理的不完善
酒店價格：説實話小長假這個地理位置接近300的價位，不算貴。但考慮到其他接近價位的連鎖酒店，建議優先考慮其他。

除了地理位置還可以之外，就基本沒什麼好評了。床很硬，早餐也難吃，服務意識也不行，態度還好。房間很熱，沒空調，打電話到前台去問怎麼辦，説了一大推有的沒的不開空調的理由。
我要的是解，決方案，你給我説理由？？
最後送了個很臟的風扇來。酒店很老了，很老了，很老了。有怪味了。

首先説一下好的地方吧，前台的一個小男孩服務很好，很友善；其他的前台都是一臉官司的樣子。
衞生也馬馬虎虎，尤其是地毯都不敢大動作走動，灰塵太大。
最差的是晚上被四樓的KTV吵到後半夜不能睡覺！絕對不推薦入住這個酒店，跟本無法入睡。

酒店位置得天獨厚，房間寬敞明亮舒適，服務熱情周到體貼，泉州是歷史悠久的城市，開元寺絕對值得去看，還有很多博物館，包括提線木偶劇更是，值得多住幾天的酒店！
