I choose this property over another one at a lesser price with more accomodations in the room because we had had great experiences at 2 other Comfort Inn & Suites this week during our travels. However the desk clerk, Olivia, has no idea what she is doing or knowledge of customer service. She couldn't answer any questions and only kept referred me to the manager in the morning. She knew nothing about the Choice rewards program that popped up on the screen at check in. She even threatened to cancel my reservation. However, the next morning the desk clerk, Joy, certainly matched her name. She was a Joy to speak to and was able to handle all our needs and payment correctly and had great customer service skills. She understood exactly what we were referring to. She spent a good bit of time reversing what had previously been done to process it correctly.
On a positive side, I did enjoy the space of the room. This is a very spacious minimalist/modern type property. Fits a conference center as it is.
