I am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with the experience I had during my stay at Tulip Taba Resort And Spa between the dates of 8-9.7.2023. I had hoped for a pleasant and relaxing stay at your esteemed hotel, but unfortunately, my expectations were far from met. I would like to bring to your attention the following issues that occurred during my stay: 1. Delayed Check-In and Unprepared Room: Upon my arrival at 14:00 in the afternoon, it was disheartening to discover that my room was not ready. I was forced to wait until 15:00 before I was finally able to check-in. Even after receiving the room, it became apparent that it was not suitable for accommodation. There were no towels, toiletries, and the floor was dirty with dust scattered everywhere. It was evident that the room had not been properly cleaned prior to my arrival, which was a gross oversight. 2. Inefficient Response to Complaints: Despite registering a complaint about the condition of the room, the hotel staff's response was inadequate. Maintenance personnel were sent to address the situation, causing further delays and inconvenience. Consequently, I was unable to enjoy my short stay due to the time wasted on waiting for the room to be cleaned. Furthermore, even after the intervention of the security staff, the safe in the room remained inoperative. 3. Poor Quality of Food and Unhygienic Dining Environment: During our evening meal, it became evident that the food being served was not fresh and of poor quality. The overall ambiance of the dining area was unappealing and unsightly. As a result, I exercised caution in selecting my food and opted for fresh items such as the grilled kebab and pasta. Regrettably, shortly after consuming the meal, I experienced severe nausea 16.07.2023 and discomfort, leading to persistent vomiting throughout the night. I promptly informed the reception about my condition at 02:00. 4. Unprofessional Conduct of the Manager: The following morning, before checking out, I requested to speak with the manager to express my concerns. However, the manager not only dismissed my complaints but also insinuated that I was being dishonest. Furthermore, the manager refused to provide their name and had removed their name tag, which I find disrespectful to both the hotel and the organization it represents. Given the aforementioned incidents, I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter and appropriate measures to rectify the situation. I believe it is essential for the hotel to take responsibility for the subpar service and unsatisfactory conditions I encountered during my stay. In light of the inconveniences and distress caused, I also request fair and suitable compensation for the expenses incurred and the day of relaxation that was compromised.
