After we checked in the stuff employee notified us that the elevator was out of service. He had gave us a room on the 3rd floor, we are in our 70’s…
I felt he should’ve gave us a room on the 1st or 2nd floor.
The hot water, took forever to get hot, the bath towel s were small and skimpy, the toilet paper was the worst I’ve ever used…

Stayed with my husband and daughter for short trip. Room had excellent amenities and breakfast was included so we were very happy. Had hot food for breakfast and in addition to the cold options. I would certainly stay again. For being a pet friendly hotel, it was super clean and did not smell as such.

There needs to be better curtains on room windows because there was to much light shining in which made sleeping difficult

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The sheets were high quality. Only thing keeping it from a 5 is we couldn’t block out light from the windows. There were blinds, but that didn’t keep all the light out. I understand the hotel is in the process of adding black out curtains, but our room didn’t have them.

We liked the room and the breakfast options. Parking was okay but was not visible from our room which made me uncomfortable as it was full of household goods.

Had an emergency and had to check out a day early and this Hotel would not refund the unused night. Not even a discount or credit no help what so ever.

Usually this is my go to, i prefer the bottom level king suite but they couldn’t accommodate me. It was extremely loud i can hear showers&neighbors talking. The bed was stiff as a board. Then our shower broke in the morning, pieces from the switch fell into the tub. My husband tried to fix it but no luck. my husband had to take a bath since we were in a hurry. not ideal for a 6ft man. We will probably stay somewhere else next time, this was our 3rd stay here.

This is one of the better Hampton Inns that we’ve stayed at. Rooms and property were in great condition with nice furnishings. Easy access on and off the freeway. Our only objection was our room location was noisy next to and above the lobby.
