The most welcoming place I've ever stayed. The hotel is spotless, the food is varied and plenty of choice, even if it was almost end of season. Just got home an hour ago a d already looking to book for next year (been twice this year)

First the Pros: Hotel was very clean, staff friendly location was ok. The "Alcohol" was good. Free shuttle to the beach was great. Bus stop outside hotel took you straight to Rhodes town for 2 Euro. Cons: Hotel room was sub standard even though called a Superior room. The furniture was primitive and old, the wardrobe was falling apart there was no art on the walls or any attempt to decorate the room. The shower faucet was old and leaked all over the bathroom floor which was so small you could hardley move in it. There was no shelves or hooks to hang clothes on and no where to set down your soap or bathroom items. There was no soap or shampoos like you find in other hotels, just an empty soap dispenser you would find on the wall of a public bathroom. The food was often cold, they supplied a microwave so you could reheat it. If you were not a drinker (alcohol), the sodas were cheap copies of the originals and not good at all. Although the hotel was a short walk to Faliraki it was a dangerous one if you have any problems walking, the foot paths are rough and unsafe. The view from the hotel was ok although you are looking over a lot of unfinished or derelict buildings. Other guests complained that the rooms with private pools around the main pool did not get any sun. The online photos show hot tubs which look like they are outside the rooms when they are actually a flight of stairs up to the roof. We would not go back to this hotel.

Lovely hotel, we stayed here September 2023, check in was pleasant, stergos and his cousin (apologies I am unable to recall your name) were welcoming and friendly. We upgraded our room upon arrival. Food, we found the food to be of a very high standard, fresh bread daily from the Sarikas bakery, to comment on other reviews regarding food being cold, I did not experience this as a problem, if you like food piping hot there is provision for you to reheat. There is fresh salad, vegetables and different items for consumption each day I didn't find myself struggling for something to eat and I am picky with food, my only comment for improvement to the hotel would be to provide chicken at the Gyros snack counter. The burgers and pizza I ate here were very good. Staff overall were friendly and made us feel at home. The cleanliness around the Hotel in general was great and I always felt like I was in a clean well presented and organised environment wherever I went. Rooms, we had upgraded rooms, they were nice and clean, however I did find 1 of the 3 rooms I stayed in (upgraded for available periods so moved 3 times) very small, the first was adequate but not spacious and the last was huge which was a whirlpool room, we also experienced the rooftop jacuzzi room initially as part of our upgrades, whirlpool room for me was ok, whirlpool was covered and not heated, some whirlpools are however in the sun, the rooftop terrace was wonderful and very private with a heated jacuzzi which I enjoyed very much. When I book a superior room space is an expectation as included for me personally as otherwise I don't see what makes it superior, just my opinion. All the rooms I stayed in were superior and only one provided great space, I understand that all rooms will not be exactly the same but it does seem to be a difficulty of the hotel layout that they are not all of a same size and layout, it didn't detract from our overall experience just to set expectations for other travellers with what to expect. Evening entertainment is good, it doesn't run late which I liked, I go on holiday to relax not to party and faliraki centre is a short taxi ride away if you want lively at night, the only issue in the hotel with entertainment is space, if you want to sit at a table you need to get there early, the lagoon pool bar area is not extensive enough in size to accommodate everyone really although I believe there is new adults only area including bar that is opening in 2024 so this should help solve this issue. The hotel has won sustainability awards which I find appealing, and also continues to improve things for it's customers which I really like, overall it felt like a home from home and very civilised in behaviours, the hotel do not tolerate poor behaviour which I endorse. A quick note re evening dining for men, you are expected to wear shoes to dinner, daytime dining you can wear sandals, it wasn't a problem to us but this seems to present issue for some people. I didn't find

Hotel was amazing, the staff were super friendly, food was good, rooms and everything were clean. It was a nice location too, just out of the way enough to be nice and chilled but still close enough to trip into the town and the beach (and they offer a free transfer every day for the beach!). Overall a really lovely place to stay in Rhodes

Very warm and friendly staff and family run which is always nice, The mains things that stood out for us was the people are always happy to help, the cleanliness of the resort and we was never overcrowded (apart from trying to get a bed at one of the pools was a mission but we always managed). The food was very average but some of the deserts were lovely. There is a female waitress who was very friendly and always made sure your table was tidy and liked to have a laugh which was something we looked forward to every meal. The drinks were good (cocktails were lovely but strong as hell haha definitely had a bad head one morning 😂) You can hire a car for cheap in the reception of the hotel and the woman there is very friendly and gave good advice on where to visit on the island. Overall it was a lovely holiday and we would definitely come again.

We stayed in Venezia resort October 15th 2023 for a week. We upgraded and got the room with the private rooftop terrace with jacuzzi which was only an extra £70 per person for the week. We also had a night at the Vasilikon Grill one night with a driver taking us to and from the restaurant just up the hill in a little Villiage full of locals. The food in the restaurant was amazing!! Definitely recommend! The staff were great and the value for money was brilliant! Check in was really easy and we extended our checkout until 9pm as that was when our transfer picked us up so it was very smooth and made our life so much easier! Food was great. Not luxury but it suited us just fine and there was something yummy for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day! The different themed nights mixed things up a bit which was great. The entertainment at night wasn’t amazing but it was the very end of the season when we stayed at Venezia but still it was nice to just have a couple drinks in the aqua pool bar at night. The Greek night was a great laugh! The cocktails on the AI were lovely and there was plenty choice of alcoholic drinks! The 24hr shop was really handy also and not badly priced at all! Pool area was brilliant and no issue getting sunbeds at all. The entertainment team were great at getting everybody involved in water polo etc! There was a couple during our stay that were disruptive and swearing etc. the management of the hotel acted quickly and removed them from the hotel to avoid other guests holidays from being disrupted. The only few negatives to our stay was that we didn’t get given robes as advertised which was a bit disappointing. However I’m sure we would have been provided with them had we asked at reception but we weren’t too fussed! A big concern of mine was the marble flooring and staircase by the waterpark. I thought this was a massive health and safety risk as the floor got extremely slippy and there were a few accidents! I myself ended up getting hurt as well as a couple others during our stay. I definitely think this needs to be looked at before peak season again to avoid people getting seriously hurt. Overall I really enjoyed my stay at Venezia - it was so relaxing and I would definitely stay again!

We came here for our first holiday together and first break away after covid from 30th May for 1 week! The hotel itself is lovely, location wise it’s up on a hill with amazing views and a 20 minute walk to the nearest bars, restaurants and faliraki *****. The walk down is no problem and quite enjoyable, I would recommend only doing the walk back at night time as the heat plus a steep hill can get too much!! If you are heading to the town for food i would recommend the “Desert Rose”, we visited twice on our stay as it was magnificent! The staff at the hotel were lovely, all worked very hard and were helpful. We booked the room with a jacuzzi on the balcony and it was brilliant, the room itself was spacious with little leather sofas, a breakfast bar and stools and of course the big balcony with the jacuzzi and two private sun loungers - we were room 201 and were told it’s the 2nd best in the hotel after room 209 so would recommend these for sure! The bathroom was average, could use a little update but did the job none the less. The bed however was very uncomfy, great size but could feel the springs through the mattress, not the best! The jacuzzi was a god send for a dip of your feet after a long walk or just to cool off before braving your entire body as it’s not heated but it is very refreshing and a nice addition! One thing that did annoy us both was having to pay 15€ for a safe, this should be included for free! We also paid 50€ to have a late check out to 6pm which was pricey but we were thankful for it. The food and general all inclusive was the only let down. Apart from the all inclusive pizza bar (12-5pm) and ice cream available 4-6pm, the food was diabolical. The hotel completely disregard the logic behind simple foods to make up a nice meal at dinner, everything has chorizo sausage put through it or fish so if you are not a fan then you will struggle like me! The glasses in the restaurant are also like shot glasses so be prepared to have 5 trips for a drink of juice alone! If it wasn’t for the pizza bar, I would have spent the entire trip more hangry than ever, i was begging for some chicken nuggets one day to get some form of protein and on our last day we finally did and they were grey/green inside - not good!! There was always plenty of sun loungers and the pool was lovely, the water park was a great laugh and such a refreshing little break from the heat and to bring some fun! Overall we loved our stay it was very relaxing, the poolside vibes were great with the constant music playing and animation team introducing activities for everyone! I would recommend the cocktails on the all inclusive, they were sweet and refreshing however it’s a shame you need to wait until 6pm to enjoy them and also have no branded spirits included in the drinks either after waiting all day to drink something! Lastly entertainment was non existent except for the random Wednesday night they decided to recruit a live band and they were absolutely amazing, was lo
