Deskrequired 100$ deposit on credit card for potential damages. I am 71 and tired not at all in the profile to bust up a room. Never stay here again

I was a bit concerned before checking in as some of the reviews were quite negative. When we arrived the front was courteous, and we were able to check in even though it was shortly before check in time.
Our room was on the second floor and was obviously newly renovated. It was clean and spacious. Just outside our room on the rug was a small pile of dirt. This was vacuumed up a few minutes later as they were still cleaning .

If you reserve with ******* they give you the oldest rooms. I saw all the other rooms by staying couple days, they are newer and bigger. I asked to be transferred to another room and they just gave me the same old and small room. My bathrooms floors where not clean with other peoples hair. Counter customer service just don’t care and don’t try to help you. It’s a Motel at 200$/night with a hotel title!
