Staff was friendly. I had problem with my phone. Lady at front desk called her IT expert to help me. He couldn't fix it but he gave me some advice to try when I got home. It worked and I would like to say Thank You! Breakfast is delirious! Nice choice of food and the pancake machine is fun! They are delirious too! I was there for Mayo clinic visits. The shuttle runs often and is a convenient pleasant ride. A variety of food nearby is nice. A grocery is nearby and Fresh Thyme organic foods. Two blocks to 2 finer restaurants. Across the parking lot is McDonald's K.F.C. Toppers Pizza and my favorite Jersey Joes Cheesesteaks.

We stayed one night for an early appoin**ent. The stay was fine, nothing fancy, a little more run down than other holiday inns, the room was comfortable. We booked this hotel because it was close to the clinic and had breakfast. Unfortunately when we went down to breakfast at 7am, everything was gone. No coffee, one egg omelet left, no bacon, no gravy for the biscuits, waffle machine was out of order. It was a very disappointing morning when we wanted to have a quick warm breakfast before our appoin**ents. We waited for about 20 minutes for food to come out and nothing ever did. No one came to check, and couldn’t find anyone to ask. Hotel was fine but breakfast was disappointing.

Went to take a shower in the morning and walk away for a moment. Came back to a Crusty orange tub. Went to the front desk and not even an apology

The property was not clean and needs updating. Our door was hard to open and looked like it had been forced. It was very noisy as we were on the highway side.

Lobby had a weird smell. Breakfast was included and was average. The elevator smelled bad and was very slow. Housekeeping only came if you asked them to repeatedly.
