Checked in early. That was great. 1st red flag, they did not have a set room for us. 2nd red flag. The rate was different than the Hotels reservation. Went to the room. It was the wrong room. I called the front seat to get it resolved. I was told a manager is the only person that can resolve this issue. And she is gone. Will not be in until tomorrow and she will not accept calls or handle issues while she is gone. We never did end up with the correct room. Hotel is dirty. Laundry rooms are piled floor to ceiling with dirty bedding and towels. The bar and grill attached, good luck. Out of the 12 employees that were on staff. No one sat us. We took it upon ourselves to sit at the bar. Even then only one bartender knew what was going on. But as others came to the bar asking for drinks or food. It was constant, we are out of that, nope don’t have that. Sorry the cooks have already cleaned up(with in hours of operation I might add). There is clearly a huge lack of management here. And zero care by 99% of its staff. Bottom line. Stay somewhere else. Somewhere they care about the business and image. They don’t here.
