Breakfast has many shortcomings. Green fruits and juices are terrible, especially orange ones. I believe this is natural. The espresso machine is useless, the coffee was weak the day before, and the bread is usually dry, that is, fresh. In the bedroom, the curtains were dirty, the sheets and bath mats were dirty, and there was hair everywhere in the room. Even after I asked at the reception, the swimming pool was very dirty. At the reception, if you have multiple clients, attendance is endless delays. The structure and rooms of the hotel are good, the location is great, facing the mall, the shower in the bathroom is great.

I arrived at the hotel around 5pm and when trying to use the bathroom, we were surprised by the lack of water. When inquiring about the reception, they told them that they were repairing and the water would be restored soon. I'm not in the hotel and when I come back at 11pm, I can't even take a shower because the water has been turned on for a while and it takes some time to have hot water. We can only shower with warm water in the morning. When asked about the problems faced by the reception, they said they could not do anything because the payment was made by voucher. Ctrip is hereby required to take necessary reimbur*****t measures because the services agreed in the contract were not provided correctly.
