房間挺滿意，服務到位，海景房重點推薦非常棒！！！淡季來，外賣不是很多且遠，可以從酒店定。酒店裡的人員服務態度都非常好，舒舒非常負責任，還送了小麪包點心！夏天來的話，一定提前定。

選擇這家酒店的原因，就是覺得它距離神鵰山動物園、天鵝湖、擱淺船等景點的距離近，真的也沒有讓我失望，酒店就在環島路上，出行很方便。入住的當天，因為天氣突然降温，酒店特意給調整了房間，雖然不能面朝大海，但窗外是酒店的花園，特別靜，特別舒服。房間的設施與酒店的介紹幾乎無異（忘記拍照片了，發幾張酒店介紹的照片！）。因為和父母出行，不想太冷了，沒想到房間特別暖和，打消了冷的顧慮，父母也很滿意。特別讓我滿意的是酒店的服務，因為是淡季，不知道去哪吃飯，加了酒店前台的微信，前台人員特意發了附近的景點和吃飯的地方，想去買些當地的特長，酒店前台人員也細心的告訴，有問必答，讓我真正的感受到，雖然是旅遊淡季，但酒店的服務不淡。真心的為大家推薦這家酒店，淡季的服務這麼好，相信在不遠的旅遊旺季，酒店的服務一定會更好。如果以後有機會再來榮成旅遊，我依然會選擇這家酒店。

續住一晚，服務依舊很好。因為考試時間早，沒來得及吃早餐，回來後工作人員把早餐送到了房間，還給加熱了。太貼心了，服務真實無可挑剔。

冷的屋裡都結冰了！ 冬天過年的時候去的，淡季，有很多空房，前台給開了一個回形走廊背陰的房間，巨冷，空調開了也沒有暖風，詢問以後告知等到下午才能有暖氣，出去玩了一圈回來以後開開暖風，但一直也不是很熱，放了張取電卡又開了幾個小時，出去玩了一圈，回來還是不熱，甚至降了幾度。因為回來的時候太晚了，尋思就湊活一下吧。 第二天早上起來直接感冒，去洗漱，地上的水都結冰了，直接滑倒了。 睡了一晚就直接感冒了，真無語，然後問同行的朋友，她那屋子是向陽的，就很暖和。明明是淡季，都沒有人住，而且我中午就來了，來得非常早，為什麼要給我分到那麼冷的房間。 你知道你家暖氣燒不熱，還給我客户分到那麼冷的背陰房間。 意見簿上有寫字，不知道有沒有看到。
