Beautiful room and lovely breakfast. Host was very friendly and accommodating . The room was lovely with an exceptional bathroom and the view was also beautiful . Hoping to return again soon . Very quiet and peaceful . Could sit and watch the ferries passing

My go to place to stay when visiting family in Rothesay. Comfortable, spotlessly clean rooms. Delicious breakfasts with a wide choice, selection of fruit juices, yoghourts, cereals, cooked breakfasts. A charming house and kristine is a lovely host. I highly recommend.

In all respects, this was an excellent B&B. It represented good value for money. It was cozy, welcoming with plenty space throughout. Everything was clean and the decor was fresh. Great views over the sea. Our host Kristine could not have been more helpful. Breakfasts were made with local products. Haggis was superb! Top marks.

Situated 10 mins walk/3m mins drive from Ferry Terminal. Very comfortable stay, no internal or external noise, Room cleaned every day. Wifi was very good. A nice cooked breakfast (fantastic choice) in morning

The St Ebba Guest House was a good central place to stay in Rothesay with a lovely sea view from our bedroom window. Handy to walk into town and catch buses. Breakfast had a good selection but it was important not to forget to pre order. Plenty of hot water for showers whatever time of day you wanted one. The owner and the lady who served breakfasts and cleaned the rooms were very pleasant and helpful. Residents lounge was available. If you came by car, there was ample parking.

Lovely Victorian guest house in a nice quiet location with amazing views of Rothesay Bay. My sea view room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a very good selection for breakfast and the staff were polite and helpful. Well worth a visit.

I never give 5s but almost did. Very nice spot. The first night was rough because we did not know how to use radiator, but accommodations were great. Not st. Ebba’s fault but Rothesay is closed early on Saturdays and we were hungry. Breakfast here was great. Just overall nice, comfortable spot.

Pleasant stay for 2 nights with very friendly staff. Lovely position with great views across the bay. Within reasonable walking distance of the town but unfortunately this is rather run down with a number of shops empty. Excellent breakfast and room was spacious. The bed wasn’t very comfy unfortunately but all spotlessly clean with very good bathroom.

Host and facilities were excellent as was beautiful breakfast of freshly prepared smoked haddock with poached eggs and cereal with fresh fruits and yoghurt. The later evening view from the ground floor lounge of the sun setting over the sea and hills was simply stunning.
