The door locks need to be replaced!! I spent up to ten minutes sometimes fumbling with the key card, pretty high stress.
Staff might of been a little microaggressive, I’m not sure though. Hotel staff are pretty sneaky with their microaggressions.

Very nice and helpful staff that speaks very good English. The bathroom was newly renovated and everything was very clean. Breakfast was also good. Location is directly in the center and close to everything.

This is clean, comfortable hotel within easy walking distance from the train station. it's also very near the historic part of Rouen. I stayed on two different occasions on a recent trip to France, and both stays were pleasant.

The service is great and makes you feel welcome. The hotel is based in a traditional building so no elevator but some steep stairs so be ready. The single room on the top is spacious although ceiling is low. The hotel and rooms definitely need a fresh coat of paint and some work to be done (electricity sockets far from bed on other side of the room etc) . However location close to the train and city centre is perfect, bedlinen and towals are crispy white and clean.

Very low-end hotel, very dilapidated and of questionable cleanliness except for bed linen and bath towels. The cleanliness leaves something to be desired and the comfort is more than rudimentary. No wardrobe or even a hanger to put a garment. The bathroom with the toilet is in the room impossible to sit on the toilet without knocking on the door. the staff is rather welcoming but when parking is announced, in fact it does not exist, it is a public paying car park 200 m away. On the other hand, the situation is very central, that's the only positive point.

Warm welcome and very helpful. Hearty breakfasts, also with homemade products. Very comfortable bedding, very correct and recent shower room, spacious room and all quiet. Only criticism: not having had a room as in the photos. Some rooms have been redone but not the one we had (paintings, furniture, etc.)
