I booked a non smoke room for my family, the room offered was full of smoke, smells of Cigarette all over the bedsheet. bedsheet were having burn mark from cigarettes. bathroom tiles were broken from many places. over all very terrible experience.

Horrible hotel don’t waste you time or money staying here, our AC didn’t work it was completely taken apart, the outlet had burn marks on it, no light in the bathroom, holes in the wall, the door might as well have been a piece of cardboard. No headboards. Horrible junky hotel.

I travel frequently and am not fussy. However, this place is GROSS. I saw cockroaches crawling over the night stand and sink area, floors were nasty, there were 2 holes in the bathroom door that had been covered with pieces of notebook paper and tape, a hole in the wall next to the bed, it smelled, one bedspread was stained (2nd bed was okay), and it was so drafty I stuffed towels around the door and still had to wear extra clothes to keep warm. I am leaving my first-ever 1 star review. Do not stay here-this place needs to be demolished!

Toilet was not properly seated so it rocked back and forth on floor when you sat on it. Lots of trash all over parking lot and two big overflowing trash cans right outside door to room. Room was very dark. Killed a cockroach.
Bed was decent although it had no headboard of any kind and was just leaned up against a wall that had tape and stuff on it.
Didn't expect much for price of room but certainly did expect a bit more than we got.

First we no heat in the room! Then we had to pack up and move to another room. Stuff is falling apart, the matresses were well used to the point you sank in. Was not comfortable!

This place should be condemned. This be removed from your wed site. I would not stay here if it was free. Everything was out order. No remote for the tv, smoke alarm chirping. They had to remove it to get it stop. Dump!!
