El hotel no me gusto, está muy dejado, el dueño debería invertir y refaccionarlo, es un hotel para explotarlo, es grande, tiene el encanto de la temática del vino, los empleados son muy amables, pero está todo descuidado, es una pena, tiene mucho potencial, sinceramente cuando llegue a mi habitación (torrontes se llamaba estaba arriba de todo, tuve que subir varias escaleras, atenta la gente con poca movilidad) la habitación parecía de un hotel Alojamiento, las almohadas viejísimas, muchas cosas rotas, las cortinas se nota que no las lavan hace bastante, me daba asco tocar todo, pero lo Peor fue la ducha, literal salía un hilo de agua, me tenía que pegar contra la pared para poder bañarme (tenía hidromasaje no lo use, no se como funcionaba) no tiene presión el agua de la ducha además me mori de frio. Desayuno pobre, bajaba alrededor de las 9 y ya no tenían muchas cosas. Me da mucha pena, vuelvo a repetir, es un hotel que tiene mucho potencial. Ojalá lo mejoren/renueven.

Solo debería tener almohadas más confortables, el resto todo excelente pedimos cambiar el somier y sin ningún problema lo hicieron, la amabilidad del personal maravilloso, por supuesto que volveria6es muy recomendable.

Es muy linda casona, antigua con un fondo fantástico con pileta. El cuarto en el primer piso es obvio q no hay ascensor. Muy amable el encargado nos ayudó pero cuando nos fuimos lo hicimos nosotros. Al ser casa vieja tiene sus mañas, ruidos al caminar, otros pasajeros que caminan por fuera y hacen ruido es decir todo se escucha. Limpieza perfecta y amabilidad 10 puntos. Presión del agua débil. Aire acondicionado excelente t también internet! Pero hay detalles como ruidos de la ventana por el viento que se solucionan pero molestan . En definitiva, nos vamos con un lindo recuerdo. Está a 100 m de la salida al tren ! Lo único q no tolero es 10 y 30 el check out, eso ya no es mas así, siempre es luego de las 11 o 12 si uno lo requiere

El hotel es una linda casona ubicada a 200 mts de la calle Balcarce zona de bares, restaurantes y peñas; y a unos 15 min a pie de la plaza principal por lo cual la ubicacion es una de sus principales caracteristicas, si bien no es un hotel pretencioso esta muy bien por todo lo que brinda. Las habitaciones no son grandes pero son comodas, cuentan con caja de seguridad, pava electrica, frigobar y tv por cable. El personal es muy amable y servicial, el hotel siempre se encuentra impecable y tiene un parque muy lindo con pileta. El desayuno esta correcto, no le falta nada pero tampoco le sobra, sin embargo las cosas que ofrecen son muy ricas!! La estadia fue perfecta sin inconveniente alguno, el unico punto negativo para destacar es que el WIFI llega muy poco a las habitaciones, funciona bien en el Lobby y la pileta que si bien estaba utilizable, estaba con muchas hojas en la superficie. Sin dudas recomiendo este hotel por su ubicacion y el buen trato del personal que trabaja.
