Отель расположен рядом с ЖД вокзалом, но это не мешает отдыху в номере. Номер небольшой, но уютный, чистый с вентиляционной системой. Дружелюбный персонал, хороший завтрак!

Прекрасный отель, чистый, современный. Уловная кровать, чистый номер. Завтрак разнообразный, шведский стол. Каши, 4 горячие блюда, в том числе мясные) нарезки, йогурты, фрукты. Хороший спортзал. Расположение хорошее, центр в шаговой доступности. Советую данный отель.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of 5-7 minutes from the Railway Station. There is a private parking. There are several cafes nearby, near the station. The rooms are very cramped and seem to be some of the smallest Hampton I have ever visited. In general, the comort and service are good, meeting the standards of this hotel chain. Measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19: thermometry at the entrance, the requirement to maintain social distance, wear a mask, hand sanitizers on the tables, employees in masks. Мы граждане Кипра , прилетим в Самару к семье 31 декабря 2023 . 20 сентября моя мама пришла в отель и на репетиции забронировала нам семейный номер и сразу заплатила 99302р 11 декабря 2023 года маме на карту вернули все деньги за бронь без каких либо объяснений . Мама позвонила ей пообещали разобраться и перезвонить , после ожидания 2 часов звонка не поступило она поехала в отель , на улице мороз женщине 70 лет и она очень переживает что ее дети с 3 х летним ребенком приедут через 2 недели и им будет не где жить . На ресепшене ей утверждали не очень вежливо что она отменила бронь , она даже не в курсе как это сделать а мы из Европы в принципе даже не можем позвонить на русский номер . Ей предложили номер ниже категории , меньше по размеру и сказали это последнеее из того что есть и ребенок будет спать с нами в кровати . Мы очень расстроены , испорчено настроение , сейчас уже все отели переполнены и ни каких других вариантов не найти . Мы раньше уже приезжали в этот отель и все было прекрасно . Но видимо со временем все меняется . Ребята ютиться в маленьком номере 2 взрослым людям и ребенку в отпуске это называется испорченный отпуск и настроение . С таким сервисом мы сталкиваемся первый раз .
