5 stars for the amazing guy on reception. From the moment he checked us in he was super friendly and so helpful in answering all our questions. There was a man acting sketchy in the car park

management is rude, very nosy and felt like I had no privacy, overall pretty petty and shady. also a place where truckers stay and the location made it feel very unsafe for a yong woman to be alone.

Above average for a Motel 6. Clean room. Enough towels. Check-in was smooth. The desk clerk was friendly and offered our choice of rooms. We asked for extra pillows and he brought them to us. Negatives were no hair dryer and no in-room coffee pot.

The staff was great super nice and helpful. Only complaint is the cleanliness of the room. Just minor things but for the price you pay it should be kept up a lot better than it was. I’m not one to bash any establishment but they gotta do better when it comes to cleaning rooms. Not going to go into detail because it would take too long.

I like the area of the trees for the pets and the doggie bag station was perfect.
The floors were not clean and dusty and the showers were extremely small but I like they had a shower handle.

The bed was too small for 2 people, asked for a change but they had no room available, which was surprisingly available early next morning! Despite the usual low price, the hotel is severely overpriced for the non-existent service. Poor unclean floors, no housekeeping in our stay of 3 nights (even though I requested and they assured will give), it does not make sense at all.
