I love the cookies at check in. The complimentary wine tasting is a definite plus. The rooms are always nice, large, and cozy. I have stayed at various properties and I always go back the Apple Farm. The property is just so unique and stands out from the other more commercial/ larger chain hotels.

Apple Farm is a lovely hotel with a welcoming atmosphere. The complimentary hot apple cider and fresh baked cookies are a nice touch! Our room was cozy and tastefully decorated. The only negative was the heater in our room, which was very loud and, at 6:00 am, suddenly gave off a foul smell that set off the smoke alarm. Luckily, the manager let us move to the room next door, which was a bit of a hassle but allowed us to sleep peacefully for another hour. Our room was also quite close to Highway 101, and we could hear the traffic clearly. To avoid these issues, I would advise booking a room in the main inn and not in the trellis court.

TV was not operational, repaired after 2hrs. Heater makes loud crackling noise through the night, no sleep. Toilet wouldn't flush, toilet paper dispenser drops to floor from loose brackets on both sides of holder.

The property was charming, apple trees in the lot, it was decorated nicely for the holidays. The property was clean and we loved the cider and chocolate chip cookies. I only wish the water pressure of the shower was stronger.

Winery was closed during open hours but was given a free sample at the front desk. Missed the ambiance. Breakfast was delicious but pricey. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Would have liked to stay longer.

Great staff, room was nice, price was great
Electrical outlets were loose and wouldn't hold the chargers. WiFi was terrible, couldn't download or send email.
Was told breakfast was included but when we got to the restaurant they said no.
