Helpful service, clean and good food at the restaurants, also lovely swimming pool. The room was a little too basic however, a couple of thin pillows, no extra blankets…the biggest problem is the noise from the lobby and kitchen downstairs echoed loudly all night.

Amazing hotel would highly recommend. Staff are brilliant. Rooms are require a little updating. The only complain i can say is the shower was not powerful at all and there was no hot water. Gym and pool were good. It’s a little out of the way but the surrounding are remote and nice and safe.

I like the location, the comfort or the bed.Wished the room had a mini refrigerator and the water to be more hot.Also to have some snacks options in the room.Overall I liked my one day stayed.

The property had events with very loud music till 1:00 in the morning and starting again at ,8:30 a.m. there is a convention center across the street but they also had eve. nts in a space very near to my room.
So it was hard to sleep. They cancelled my reservation the daI was arriving and tried to charge me a higher rate. There is no information anywhere about amenities...you have to call the front desk for everything. The hotel store closes early. The buffet was nice and the staff were very helpful and professional.

The hotel is old. It seems to be quite large and full of ammenities, however, the hotel looks old and a renovation is required. Restaurant is good and is plenty of food. We didn't stay much time but may be e'll give it a chance another time.

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights at the Copantl Hotel and had fun at a High School reunion celebrated at the convention center.
We didn't like that some of the standard appliances like a refrigerator and a coffee machine were not present in the room, so we had to ask for them.
No sprinkler system in the rooms, and no egress signage.
And it was worse in the convention center, with no egress signage, adequate emergency stairs, and no extinguishers in corridors, this is an assembly-use building.
All in all the food was OK, the service was excellent, and so was the cleanliness in and out of the building.
