Management is a joke. They gave us keycards for a room that already had guests checked into it. We checked in on Friday night and I called to make a complaint on Monday morning about our stay and they said there was nothing they could do about because we didn’t address it when we checked out Saturday morning. Never staying at a Days Inn again.

Overall our stay was nice. However, i didnt like the bugs in the bathroom; ants and several spiders. We were also very disappointed in the breakfast; low quality. Tv was nice, cooler and microwave worked well, temp control kept us cozy, bed was comfortable. Nights were wonderfully quiet.

Solid hotel was close to the mall and close enough to the park, we got there super late but it wasnt an issue the guy running the desk at night was really helpful.

Front desk staff was very friendly and attentive, and we were greeted upon arrival. Rooms were newly renovated. Foyer and entrance are dated and not renovated like the rooms. There was a lot of noise transfer from other rooms and hallways. The beds were not very comfortable and the mattress even being new already had impressions in it as the quality must be low grade mattresses. Our units air conditioner was a chitty chitty bang bang unit so I didnt sleep well at all. At least the room was clean. Breakfast area was clean and had several food choices including breakfast sandwiches, cereals, belgian waffles, bagels, bread and fruit.

Great stay for the value! Check in (Matt) was extremely nice and quick! The building is older but clean and the shower water was hot with good pressure! My husband enjoyed the breakfast options (while I enjoyed the bed for a few more minutes) :)

Stayed one night for our cedar point trip to both parks. It provided what we needed. A clean, quiet, safe place to stay. Wal Mart within walking distance is nice.

This property wasn’t the best and wasn’t the worst but definitely lacked in some basic factors. Remote didn’t work and front desk replaced with one that didn’t have a cover on the battery part…also batteries dead but didn’t have batteries to replace with ?!? Bathroom was questionable on cleanliness scale. Place felt deserted and was very empty.
Would not stay again and would not recommend
