前台工作人員服務態度很熱情，房間乾淨衞生，設施齊全，酒店環境優美、安靜，周邊交通方便，還會再次入住。

以前家住附近，每次親戚朋友來都給定的陽光假日。 這次辦婚禮，家裡人讓我幫忙繼續定這裏，結果定的豪華雙床，全給我開的一樓標準雙床，因為親戚不知道我定的是什麼房，就先入住了，晚上吃飯跟我説都在一樓黴味很重，我這才知道。 打電話到酒店，前台死不承認自己的錯誤，一直跟我狡辯，説我一開始定的普通標間，後來才換的豪華，所以衹能開普通標間。但事實上，豪華間的預訂也都是他們確認過的，但前台就是死不承認，還説沒有豪華間了，我説他們超定，把我定的房給別人，前台還是死不承認，態度令人髮指。 最後我找經理，讓她給我解決，她核實過後，打電話來解決的時候，還不情不願，不肯承認錯誤，還跟我説是誰的錯我們現在就不追究了。我聽了都要發笑，是誰的錯也不會是我的錯，是我要跟他們追究，輪不到她説不追究。三明人信任了這麼多年的陽光假日，以後再也不會定，噁心的要死。 老酒店真該好好整頓一下了，從經理到服務員都毫無服務意識和態度，自己的錯誤還要很硬氣的對待顧客，遲早被市場淘汰。
