All employees around the facility (including restaurant, housekeeping and massage department) were friendly and approachable. Unlike the front desk ladies, they were not friendly. For a tourist person ( two) that stayed almost 9 nights at this hotel, they should offered at least a bottle of wine, a fruit plater or discount coupons for massages. I had been to a handful of hotels in the past (visited 10 different countries in 2023) and the hotel’s front desk ALWAYS offer some kind of upgrades or at least a bottle of wine as appreciation of my business. The front desk employees acted like they were doing a big favor hosting me and my 2 sons.
