I got stuck a snow storm and they refused to refund me anything. I know it's policy, but it's their decision to do it or not. Most of the time they will make an exception

The old man at the front desk moved very slowly. A bit old. The breakfast was not good either. The coffee is weak and the milk is weak.

Room was clean and nice. This hotel served all of our basic needs, providing a great place to stay with clean facilities. Simple/basic interior, nothing fancy, but for the price point, it can't be beat. Great value while fulfilling all of our needs.

There was noise all night, my card was charged an extra 80.00 dollars and when I called the front desk the lady was very rude with me and offered no help whatsoever.

This property requires serious cleanup and maintenance. They need to either clean or replace their carpet.
I chose it because the location was convenient.
Staff was friendly and helpful but there is only so much they could do when the hotel needs major update and maintenance.
