I had to cancel after they said that the ac didn't work in the room.

This has been our second time staying there and like the location and facility. Good price and nice upgrades

Nice ambience and decor. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good but started at 7 am which is late for travelers wanting to hit the road. Also no coffee was available prior to 7 am which was disappointing for early risers.

Staff tried their hardest, but getting through on the phones is not easy they just don’t answer Breakfast was good and all staff kind Too many homeless people wonder the halls and trying to get into breakfast room, which one did by following behind me I reported all the homeless people that I encountered, which are in the hotel continuously probably due to the cold However, if you had somebody at the front desk, monitoring the door and monitoring the phone calls then you wouldn’t have that problem because you could keep the door locked at all times With me is when I was bringing breakfast into my room. One of them asked me for my burrito and a cigarette and I just said I’m sorry I’m not going back upstairs to get another burrito and I don’t smoke. And he looked very angry and I just went into the room. He heard my husband and so he took off. Bed was sunk in on my side but tolerable it’’d be nice also to have a microwave if requested

I really loved their sense of style. The room was beautiful inside. One thing I disliked was how loud you can hear The key door to get inside the room just stopped working but we were able to get help right away. I also liked that staff accommodated us for our late checkout that was pretty cool. I would definitely go back for another stay.

The hotel is nicely located. Close to shopping and restaurants. Guest above us we loud and could hear them stomping around but other than that a nice stay.

Don't be put off by the low price, embrace it! Lobby was gorgeous, digital checkin, comfy beds, great shower and pod coffee maker. We had a wall collage of real native baskets. Gorgeous. Breakfast was typical line up EXCEPT for the breakfast burritos. FANTASTIC! Comes with a side of green chili. Better than mine.They even serve vegetarian option. The coffee was really good too.

The hotel was an excellent value for money and great breakfast. Downside - which considering the value - you might take with grain of salt. 1. First night we tried to enter through the hallway near our room with key and a passed out drunk man was there with his pants around his ankles. Needless to say the kids were freaked out. I don’t think he was a resident but had snuck in perhaps. 2. Not very soundproof considering there were numerous fights and yelling through the evening. It was pretty rowdy - not in party sense but in arguing couples sort of way.
