半夜入住 遙控失靈 電視沒法關 也沒有按鍵可以關電視 前台的服務員上來操作了老半天 説關不了 要不然將就睡一下 這麼亮怎麼睡請問？ 我説要不然換個房 服務員又説沒房可換 繼續操作了老半天 説拿個布遮一下 我也是無語了 折騰好久最後還是換房了。住過好幾次了 第一次這麼無語

房間我們定的是一個迷你房 雖然很小 不過我挺滿意的 不過就是第一天入住下午出去的時候 正好遇到電梯維修 問服務員就乘了一個小電梯 那個人也沒説清楚 我們直接到了一樓 那個地方賊恐怖 嚇** 很陰森 晚上睡覺樓下也吵吵的 有個KTV 晚上沒怎麼睡好 中途醒來好幾次！

房間在酒吧正樓頂，晚上酒吧開低音到5點，低音是通過建築物傳上來的，整個床都在跟着動，震的人心臟病都犯了，這樣的房間還能拿出來賣200多？？一整晚都沒有睡，從來沒有住過那麼差的酒店，除非你喝醉了不省人事，不建議任何人居住。

一點都不滿意，差評，差評，差評。。。這家酒店位於吉陽區河東路中亞酒店旁邊後面就是商品街是剛開不久的酒店，旁邊有一家夜總會。房間還算比較整潔，乾淨。性價比不高。。服務嚴重差評。是誰規定預訂酒店一定要預訂人到現場才能辦理入住的？幫朋友預訂朋友過去辦理入住報預訂人名字就可以了，登記入住人的名字就可以了，非得讓預訂人過去辦理入住。這還沒有完，預訂的是雙床房，辦理入住的人出去了，另外一個人過去讓前台多制一張房卡，人家説了一間房衹能給一張房卡。。。總之體驗很差。。。

插曲一：辦理入住凌晨快三點了，中午十二點前台打電話，是續住還是退房，我告知下午14：00退房，前台的小姐説那你給個好評，我擦，我説你不看我幾點辦理的入住麼，她説夜班沒交接，你要跟夜班説，我説我在睡覺你不要吵我了好不好。插曲二：下午一點多退房，房卡放到了前台。下午辦事翻證件沒有了，我致電貴酒店前台有沒有落下的證件，前台小姐告知我沒有。我説你仔細找一下昨天入住是不是辦完沒給我證件，她翻了抽屜説確實有一張身份證。我問她下午退房時你為什麼不給我證件，她來個那是夜班的事情，夜班沒有跟她交接。我擦，你們上班都不帶腦子麼？雖然不是什麼大酒店，你們的管理層都在幹毛毛呢，找了幾個半腦來上班？插曲三：證件落下了我告知寄給我，第二天收到了證件讓我到付12塊，雖不缺這十二塊錢，你們要我拿你們自己犯下的沙筆錯誤買單，真是搞笑極了，貴酒店的管理人員，長點腦子好好管管吧
