My friends and I had a great stay at Primus. The hotel is in a really peaceful area, but it is a little drive away from most restaurants and shops. This didn’t bother us though as it wasn’t far in a didi. The room was clean and the view is stunning. On my second night I ran a bath and there was an issue with the water. They quickly upgraded me to an amazing villa which was amazing. The staff were all very helpful, especially Alisa who speaks great English (which was handy since my Chinese isn’t great) and helped me with a package issue I had. The bar area is quiet and has an amazing view. Food options for foreigners is a little bit limited but there were some options that we liked.

The check in process was smooth and the hotel has a huge lobby area that is very serene. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool is massive and was cleaned on a daily basis it was wonderful to swim in. The hotel has a gym which has basic equipment which is okay to get a workout in during the stay. There's also a free shuttle bus service that takes you to the private beach which was probably the best part of the stay. The beach is clean and absolutely amazing. You can't swim in it but you can walk along the beach and dip your feet in. But there's also free shaded sunbeds that you can just relax on and watch the ocean. Our stay was elevated by the amazing service offered by the hotel. We had a few requests during our stay and 高益香 helped us out since we got to the hotel, till we left. She was always in contact with us and assisted us with everything we needed, even on her day off she went out of her way to help us. I will definitely recommend the stay here and I will return when I visit Sanya again.

This is a great place to relax. Of the indisputable advantages: close proximity to the airport, quiet cozy atmosphere, pleasant interior, qualified and caring staff. Gorgeous beach and ocean. Very nice views and atmosphere. There are entertainment facilities within 5 km. The environment inside the hotel is very friendly and relaxing. The hotel manager fulfilled all our requests, helped us a lot. We especially want to thank the staff for their help and care and patience during the quarantine. And want to mention Mrs. Vanna hotel manager, that carried every single our question 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻The hotel went above and beyond to make guests feel their best. This is the hard work of all the hotel staff. We are very happy that we chose this hotel. We will definitely come back here. We wish well-being to all employees and thank you for everything.
