Utilizo esta hospedagem há mais de 15 anos, tem uma das melhores localizações para minhas passagens, bares e restaurantes para se ir a pé, transito para levar filha da minha cidade para Universidade e Rio Preto fica no meio do caminho. A cada passagem se deteriora nas instalações e serviços. Chuveiro gotejando sem fechar totalmente, ralo de escoamento barulhento 24 horas, água do chuveiro morna/fria antes das 18 h, torneira de água quente da pia quebrada ou inutilizada de propósito, esguicho do vaso sanitário estragado, toalhas puídas, quase transparentes (de velhas), aletas do ar condicionado presas com fita crepe, café da manhã sem reposição, faltando frios, frutas, pães, pães de queijo, saladas de frutas ora tem ora não, refresco de frutas às vezes tem, às vezes não, suco não existe, mesmo a reposição de café e leite foram lentas, secador de cabelo do banheiro quebrado, emprestaram 1 na recepção, imagine as mulheres (fui com esposa e filha), eles têm tudo para ser um ótimo hotel, mas infelizmente...

The reservation was for a king bed and the “luxury one”, and by the photos, that was not the one in the reservation, the bed was never a king as well.

Fomos recebidos de uma forma muito acolhedora e assim permaneceu durante toda a estadia. Ótimo no quesito limpeza. Ficamos extremamente satisfeitos com as acomodações do hotel. Se fosse fazer uma observação seria o café da manhã, que poderia ter mais opções.
