Again, breakfast is not good enough choice. Location is good, service is good, but cleaning room service needs to be improved. Overall the service is good and staff is nice.

The staff was fabulous, food was really good, and the place was clean! A great location in Schaumburg! Close to everything!! The room was really nice… Only things were that the fridge was noisy at times and the shower occasionally made noises… The fridge didn’t wake us at all though, so we didn’t really mind… The pool was smaller than expected and closed for maintenance/cleaning on a Sunday morning, which I didn’t think was the best timing. Kids were bummed of course as we didn’t get to use them and it’s one of the reasons I picked this hotel… Overall, we would still choose to stay here again should we come back to Schaumburg area…

This is a hotel with walls that have seen some things in its history, and the upkeep shows it. Large dings & dents on all the walls of our room. Very outdated (did NOT match the example photos). The remote for the bedroom tv didn’t work, couch had hair on it that wasn’t mine… And there was major dents and damage done to the bathroom door at some point in the past, where husband and I played the game “guess what happened in here” while looking at it. However, the bedding was clean, so that was ok. We let front desk know, and response was “Thank you for letting us know.”

We had a great stay at Hyatt House. Decided to bring a couple with us and their kids. We enjoyed the location. Near malls and activities for them. Only problem I has was a few cosmetic issues with the building. Paint peeling in the pool, bathroom shower needs an upgrade. Bed wasn’t as comfortable as I thought. Room was clean except for an old cigar wrapper we found underneath the kids pull-out bed cushion. Room smelled fresh and kitchen area was pristine. All in all a great stay.

Attentive cleaning staff, friendly, great location. Bathroom products should be checked more often, I had no shower gel or shampoo - I didn't check prior to entering shower. Frequent Hyatt house guest use to full stock

Some toiletries were missing in the bathroom. Front desk staff seemed to not understand that housekeeping is necessary, regardless of how busy their housekeeping staff is. Construction is currently in progress directly outside the area.

We were there for 4 nights, and our towels and bed were only tended to once. We were at a conference with long days, and returning to our room every night is not we expected from a Hyatt property. Front desk and catering staff were wonderful.
