優點是還比較乾淨，設施齊全，也可以免費停車，缺點是前台服務態度一般，剛給的按金轉頭就説我沒給按金，還問旁邊人我給沒給，不知道在想啥？另外每次去一樓大廳都有一股濃烈的煙味嗆的要死，大廳不是酒店的門臉麼？天天在大廳裏抽煙的酒店服務人員我也是第一回見了，感受比較差

酒店位置還行，有個內部停車場，好像和居民合用的，晚上車位緊張，但入住客人免費。房間挺大，也挺乾淨，洗澡熱水穩定，有洗衣房，就是不太好找，但沒有晾曬的地方，前台服務很熱情，酒店可以給4.6分

酒店地理位置好，房間寬敞明亮乾淨，床品舒適，工作人員服務態度好，早餐較豐盛，距離王宮步行十分鐘左右距離，吃飯逛街都挺便利

入住體驗一言難盡，本來看着酒店設施還挺好的，前台小哥哥跟保潔服務員態度都特別好，這一點好評，也是唯一好評的地方。
第一晚那個房間淋浴間地板縫隙漏水，整個流到洗手池的位置，整個腳都沒過，根本沒法洗手和上廁所。
第二天早上醒來停電，整個房間是黑的，服務員很熱情，幫我找個有窗的房間讓我洗漱，下午幫我打掃了一個有窗的房間，還幫我把東西搬過去，真的很熱心。
但是，晚上回來11點多都沒來電，半夜才來，手機電腦都快沒電了，也沒網，寫東西都寫不了，很耽誤事。
第三天房間沒放礦泉水，這個可能是疏忽吧，不算什麼問題。
可是第四天又停電了…..
然後，房間角落裡有一個用完的安全套，都幹了，很噁心。應該是之前的房客扔地上的吧，住了四五晚，一直也沒打掃。
樓下那個飯館倒是很好吃，尤其推薦烤肉和辣子拉麪，連吃了好幾天。
