This homestay is very new and the owner's taste is great! The overall style is more modern and rural, but also a bit Japanese. The boss said that many of the wood in the hotel were made by her and the local carpenter. The wooden door was made from logs by the factory. Compared with the one in the living room on the second floor. I bought it online. The first floor is a table made by carpenters using the original old wooden door. I feel that the boss’s intentions are revealed everywhere. Usually the boss’s mother is here. It looks very clean. There is no dust in the corners. The fireplace on the first floor feels like sitting on the side in winter, and roasting, throwing a sweet potato in and roasting must be great. There is also a children’s play area on the roof. I feel the boss’s intentions. If it's dropped, contact us in time and get it. In short, it is very recommended! The fly in the ointment is that the overall style is light luxury, which is not cheap in Chongming B&B.

A very good farmhouse in Chongming, the traffic is very convenient, and the roads are also easy to walk. The scale is quite large, well-equipped, with KTV, the sound quality is great, and there are many songs. I really enjoy the feeling of KTV once, and the environment is also very good. There are also billiards, so it’s nice to play a few rounds when you’re free. There are childhood memories, game consoles, and the Three Kingdoms of the King of Fighters. The boss is so thoughtful. In the afternoon, I had nothing to do with my friends and enjoyed the fun of playing mahjong. The chess and card room was very good. It was a pleasure to play mahjong with my friends. Outdoor barbecue in the evening is also a kind of enjoyment, the ingredients are very rich. The room I stayed at night was really awesome, and it was great to be able to see the scenery outside. The bed is also very comfortable and the air conditioning is great. I am so satisfied with this trip, and the boss is also very polite, very enthusiastic and easy to talk. It’s great to think about us everywhere.

During the epidemic, Chongming may be the most suitable tourist destination for Shanghai residents, not to mention that there will be a flower expo this year, and of course they have to go to the show. The hotel is an important part of travel, as long as the family goes out, four days and three nights, you have to choose carefully. There are a lot of hotels near the Ctrip Shanghai Flower Expo. By coincidence, I chose Hongyuan. After experiencing it, it really feels great. In terms of hardware, a two-story house has 7 rooms with different characteristics. The decoration is simple and generous, and the bedding is clean and tidy. In the early morning and evening, sitting under the verandah, blowing in the breeze, not far from the bridge, flowing water, and green rice fields, it is very pleasant. The most touching thing is the owner and his wife-hardworking, every corner of Hongyuan is cleaned up and refreshed; kind, as unconstrained as living in our own home; enthusiastic, seeing some elders in our team act It is not convenient to take the initiative to provide us with transportation assistance. It’s a pity that I found out that there are 2 bicycles in Hongyuan on the last day. Next time, I must ride my bike around Hongqiao Village to hunt for treasures!

Very good stay experience, the hotel is very new and very clean. The landlord's uncle and aunt are super good. We stayed for two nights in a group of three and three. The barbecue hot pot was super cool. The landlord's aunt also cooked us snacks and the craftsmanship was also a drop. KTV sound effect is also very good, big friends and children play very hi, fireworks at night, too suitable for 3-5 family baby! We will come back to fireworks 🎆 when we meet for the New Year.

✨ [At the first glance into the room, the small yard is very clean and beautifully arranged, there are rocking chairs and areas for children to play with, and home-grown vegetables. It would be better if you could raise some chickens and ducks 〕 🙋 [Landlord is hospitable, responsive and has a good attitude 〕] 📍 [For the convenience around, I think it's no problem to drive over, compare the feeling of the countryside, meet my standard for farmhouse music] 🛏 [The facilities are relatively new, just renovated last year, there are karaoke, mahjong machines, tungsten is not very easy to use the water heater, may not be debugged, take a bath to count down, 10 minutes to get done, otherwise there is no hot water immediately, big winter, really cold, I hope to improve]

Shanghai's skyline, punctuated by the iconic Oriental Pearl Tower and the towering Shanghai Tower, paints a vivid picture of the city's impressive blend of traditional charm and modern flair.

Journeying to Shanghai

Shanghai's main international airport, Shanghai Pudong International Airport, offers numerous connections globally. Once there, you can reach downtown Shanghai using the Shanghai Maglev Train, buses, or taxis. For domestic travelers, high-speed trains offer an efficient means of travel.

The main mode of payment in China is usually through AliPay or WeChat Pay. Most places still accept credit and debit cards, but it's wise to carry some local currency (RMB) for smaller vendors. Mandarin is the official language, with Shanghainese also widely spoken. A translation app may come in handy when interacting with locals.

Attractions That Shine in Shanghai

Shanghai is brimming with must-see sights. Walk along the Bund to see colonial-era buildings against the backdrop of a modern skyline. Visit the tranquil Yuyuan Garden, an exquisite example of Ming Dynasty design. The Shanghai Museum hosts an extensive collection of Chinese historical artifacts, and the Shanghai Disney Resort promises fun for the entire family.

Shanghai's Seasons and Apparel

Shanghai has a humid subtropical climate. Summers (June-August) are hot and humid, while winters (December-February) can be quite cold. The best times to visit are autumn (September-November) and spring (March-May), when the weather is moderate. Pack a mix of lightweight and warm clothing to adjust to fluctuating temperatures in Shanghai.
