First of all, I am very satisfied with Ctrip's booking process. The whole process is simple and fast, and I easily found the relevant information of the all-season hotel and completed the reservation. Ctrip provided detailed hotel introductions, pictures and customer reviews, which gave me a clear understanding of the hotel. Moreover, Trip.com's price advantage also made me very satisfied, I feel that I have got a value for money experience. Upon arrival at the All Seasons Hotel, I was impressed by the warm and friendly staff. They helped me check in very smoothly and with a friendly and thoughtful attitude. The staff also asked me if I needed help with luggage, which made me feel the intimate service. After entering the room, I was very satisfied with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The layout of the room is reasonable, simple and warm. The beds are soft and comfortable, giving me a good rest environment. The bathroom facilities are also readily available, clean and tidy, making people feel comfortable. During my stay, the service team of the all-season hotel gave me thoughtful and meticulous care. Whether it is the cleaning of the room, or the replenishment of toiletries and bedding, it is in place in time, and it does not cause me any inconvenience. Also, whenever I have questions or needs, the front desk staff is always patient and helpful. They treat guests sincerely and friendly, giving people a feeling of being at home.

The service attitude is very warm. I just came to a lot of luggage. The front desk lady also helped me carry my luggage to the room. She also introduced me to the delicious nearby. The facilities are also very good. There is a free washing machine that can be used very conveniently. The subway station is just a few tens of meters downstairs. The distance is very convenient, Special praise for Ma Ping and Yang Jing, the two beautiful front desk ladies. I suddenly had a stomachache in the afternoon. The two of them gave me brown sugar ginger tea very intimately. I really felt that the whole season was as warm as home. I always read home when I was away. And here I experienced the warmth of home, and the environmental facilities are very ins, and the film is also very good, so I highly recommend this all season, feel at home!

Not recommended! I didn't check in on that day, so except for the attitude of the landlord, there was no on-site inspection, just for general purpose. The attitude is too bad. I couldn't contact the Tujia software before I checked in. I had no phone calls, no text messages or WeChat on the day I checked in. Afterwards, I lied about adding my WeChat? I insisted that he had not contacted me at all before admitting that I had added the wrong WeChat account, and then asked me why I didn’t find the location myself, why I didn’t call me to ask, and refused to bear any responsibility and compensation. The clever tongue is like a tongue without the integrity of being a businessman. But your room doesn’t seem to have much occupancy

Every morning, the cleaning aunt or service staff in the corridor is very noisy. The door is open with the do not disturb sign. The aunts see that they don’t see it, and they still knock on the door very loudly. If they don’t renew the room at 12 o’clock, they still have to knock on the door in the morning to ask if they can’t clean. The experience is very poor. There are blood stains on the mattress sheets of the double standard bed. I don't know what quilt cover is changed for cleaning!
