Check in was a bit awkward, the desk to obtain free parking was next to the check in desk. There was no one else checking in at the time, I figured our front desk lady could help complete the parking refund for us. That would save trouble. We had to go over to the desk, get a receipt, go back to the front desk then back to the parking desk again. Not smooth. Swimming pool facilities were not bad, sauna, gym all quite good.

Very satisfied with the check-in experience. The room has a good view and you can see the three-piece suit. The guest room facilities are equipped with iLLY coffee machines, wireless chargers, Dyson hair dryers, and electric toilets. This is better in new hotels and the rooms are smarter. The service is basically responsive and the service attitude is very good. Special thanks to William, Lucy and Ryan from the front office for their help. The breakfast variety is relatively rich and has local characteristics. The location is quite convenient, close to the subway, and parking at the hotel is free. Already looking forward to my next stay!

The room is large and elegantly decorated. The turquoise behind the small round glass window is the finishing touch. It is very comfortable to sit on the small sofa by the window and make tea or have a cup of capsule espresso. The free drinks in the small refrigerator are just a treat. Visiting children. The bathroom is good, the toilet has a flushing function, and the shower temperature is automatically adjusted (the water volume control is a bit messy, and I accidentally soaked the cold water in the large shower head on my body after taking a bath). The shampoo and shower gel smell great and are worth it. price point. The mattress is soft and hard and very comfortable to sleep on. The soundproofing of the house is also good, so I can sleep until I wake up naturally every day. The breakfast is exquisite. Although the portions are not large and there are not many varieties, they are all of high quality. I especially like the yogurt from Kas. Just outside the door is the 1931 commercial complex, which is convenient for eating. The toppings at Xinle Noodle House are good.

The interior design is pretty decent, can see they really considered the details of the faclities. Breakfast was so good, and good for IG photos as well! But it would be much better if there are more elevators since there are only 2 elevators in the high building and guests have to wait for long.. Other than that, overall was great and I will def choose this hotel next time when I come to shanghai!

Not bad, basically satisfied. It would be nice if it was closer to the subway station. It's still hygienic, although there is some smell when I just entered, it is OK to open the window to ventilate. The first night outside seemed to be a little noisy in construction, the second and third days were fine.

We stayed 5 nights in the hotel. Our check-in was smooth and two male staff members at the reception were friendly, helpful and cooperative. Their customer service was excellent. However, during our stay in the hotel, we had to contact reception for information and services, we were very disappointed with the behaviour of staff member and her name is Eva. She was extremely rude, unprofessional and unhelpful .

Because I planned to go to Longhua Temple, I chose this Jiji Hotel again. It is only a few minutes walk from the subway station. It is still very comfortable to walk around Shanghai in autumn. The guy at the front desk said that Ctrip had an event and upgraded the room type. The service is nothing to say, the hardware is a bit old and needs to be upgraded. Especially for rooms near the roadside, double-layer insulated and noise-reducing glass windows should be installed. Sitting by the window in this weather, it is obviously very cold. Very friendly service from all staff. I do not speak Chinese, but the lady at reception used a translate app during check-in and was very kind and patient. The room is so large & comfortable, with a HUGE bed (super King?), and the most comfortable pillows I have ever experienced! Plenty of storage for clothes and luggage, and a large bathroom with a lovely shower. Even though the room faced the street, it was very quiet. Good double glazing perhaps? The breakfast selection was very good with many different options. We are vegan so our choice is limited, but we still managed to get enough to eat. Really good price, I would stay here again.

This was a clean and modern hotel. Loved the area and shopping centers around it . We had a better experience here than staying near the Bund area . The rooms were big . Good view + gym and laundry . The breakfast wasn't impressive but good enough. I might stay here again next time in Shanghai. The only negative thing was that staff couldn't speak english and we had to use google translator all the time. We managed to get some discounts for staying longer in this hotel.
