如家 neo 酒店，作為連鎖品牌，有着嚴格的衞生標準和客户滿意度要求。但遺憾的是，在入住過程中遇到了衞生和服務態度問題，這讓我感到非常不愉快。
當我一進房間，發現桌面有餅乾碎，床上有一長一短兩根頭髮時，我立刻向前台反饋了這個問題。然而，前台並沒有採取積極的態度來解決問題。他們告訴你，這不是她的問題，是客房部的問題，她也無能為力。唯一的解決方案是為我更換房間。
更換房間後，發現廁所地板有一撮頭髮，座機出現故障，被套也有洞眼。再次向前台反饋這些問題時，前台卻質疑我有潔癖。這種態度讓我感到非常不開心。
對於我遇到的問題，正常合理的處理方式應該是這樣的：，前台首先表示歉意，然後採取行動。安排清潔人員來處理衞生問題，並檢查座機和被套。如果不能立即解決，他們應該為你更換到一個更好的房間或者提供其他解決方案。我住了兩天，第二天也沒有人維修電話。
房間非常不隔音，隔壁放個屁都能聽到，三樓一半還在裝修，白天有噪音。
前台的態度和反應讓你感到不滿和失望。由此可見這家店管理有些混亂，對客人而言你代表的是如家 neo ，不僅衹代表前台。
