房間裏馬桶臟的洗不起來，地上還有瓜子皮和煙頭看起來好久了，枕套洗得褪色被子上還沒洗乾淨，連瓶水都沒有，空調晚上還不能用，一晚上冷死了🥶，真是顛覆三觀，謝了😇😇😇

12月2日到12月3日上晚班的前台服務態度極其惡劣 我因為落了貴重衣物在酒店 本想打個電話詢問一下是否前台有看到 前台對我態度很差 責備我自己沒拿 意思詢問她沒有用 讓我別煩她 太讓人心寒 酒店這邊也咬死沒有看見過我的衣物 我不需要酒店對我衣物的賠償 衹需要前台人員的一個道歉 酒店經理卻跟我説怕給我打電話打擾我 不作出任何對我彌補的措施 並且後續的溝通結果就是不道歉也不賠償 我真的不知道你們酒店是怎麼做生意的 這麼對待客人 我衹希望你們能給出一個真摯的道歉 也是對其他客人的負責

總體來説還可以，比較乾淨。問題在於房間的充電接口衹有一個能用，電腦沒法充電。希望該維修的也維修一下。
