多年出差以來最差的一次體驗，酒店房間裏全是煙味，根本散不出去味道。都行政房間了還衹有一個靠外過道的窗户，窗户把手在上半截，實際上也不好打開。最噁心的是床單被罩居然是臟的，見附圖。打電話給前台換床單，居然告訴我布草間裏沒有富餘？沒富餘你開什麼酒店？晚上入住本來就旅途勞累，還要等着前台找新的床單等了20分鐘，問前台什麼時候能招來新床單，衹會説不知道，極度不負責任的前台！唯一好的就是前台的另外一個小姑娘還不錯，在努力的幫我找床單，忘了記下她的名字了。總之這麼爛的酒店下次不會再住了！也勸其他旅友別選這裏！要不是攜程不讓打0分，這0.5分都給高了！

環境：靠近虹橋創意產業園，離 我嘉書房（24小時圖書館）僅320米，因為是去參加考試，就非常方便，環境不錯！樓下有超市和餐館，很方便～
衞生：住在2108房，房間超大，挺乾淨的，性價比非常高！
設施：設施也很棒，衹是很多地方我疑心是攝像頭，基本上每個插座的地方都有紅色的發光小點，拔掉電源之後還是亮的，前台接待反饋説是正常設施，因為是一個人出行，有點怕怕的，希望是我多想了
服務：前台接待員很熱情，人很好
