Very good and convenient location. Just next to Fang Dian Road subway station. Many restaurants, bakery shops and convenient store very nearby.
Rooms and toilets are quite spacious. Small refrigerator, hanging coffee and tea bags are provided in the room. All hair & body shampoo and hair conditioner are provided. Water heater is working well.
There is a laundry room on 5th floor where one washing machine and one dryer, few irons and standing stream irons are provided for free.
But hotel lobby receptionists were not very helpful when we asked them to help to call Didi (something like Grab car service in China) from hotel to exhibiton Hall, they simply told us it was not possible to get a taxi during morning peak hours.

Great place i stay for work 1 day and its so near the exhibition pavilion so 5 star. Great place near the metro also.

Because the host of the B&B I booked in advance disappeared, I was forced to check in at the Yitel Hotel in the middle of the night. The room was at the end of the hotel corridor, which was a bit scary and too far from the elevator. I went to the front desk to ask for a room change, and the front desk tried hard to help me arrange it. I refunded the original room and booked a small room, which was very close to the elevator and the room price was 50 yuan less. Thank you to the two waiters at the front desk.
It is convenient to live here. It is next to Tianwu Space, with many delicious food and pubs.

The hair dryer was broken. It was burned and no one replaced it, so it couldn't be used. You have to take stairs to have breakfast and some rooms. It is more troublesome for friends with limited mobility. However, the location is really good. Next to it is the subway station.
