Not a good experience. One check-in guy was really keen to help but the other two were miserable and disinterested. Firstly they tried do give one room instead of two. It took a long time to check in and sort out. But worse, they claimed it was impossible to give me a spare card for my mother’s room (she is disabled and was on a different floor and I needed to collect her). They just kept lying and saying it was impossible. When I refused to accept this, they produced a second card. Clearly they just could not be bothered to give me one. The final straw was there was no hot water in the morning, just a tiny trickle maybe around 30 degrees C. When I complained on checkout if I understood their Chinese properly, they simply said we have no hot water. No apology, no concern - nothing. They just don’t seem to care. The rooms are a bit dingy and in a difficult layout without enough signs to the elevator. I won’t stay here again. A manager needs to get a grip of this place and to try to make his staff understand charm and customer service. The guy who annoyed me the most just seemed to sit around outside smoking as much as possible.
