Hotel is very well located in Haiwan. Great view. I woke up too late for breakfast so I can't tell about it. It's a nice hotel, the bed was good, internet too, not much to say. I had a good time there.

When I woke up in the morning and brushed my teeth, the water in the faucet was yellow. There was a fee to use the data cable. The power went out in the middle of the night and was not repaired until 10 o'clock the next day. The experience was really bad.

晚上才到酒店，前台的小姐姐特別棒，業務嫻熟，語柔;進到房間更是驚喜，衞生做的很細緻，床品很所有物品-看就是經過精挑細選的。樓層的阿姨的管理很到位，而且離海邊也近，晚上夜宵也多，晚上可以去海邊吹吹風、約個會，以後來上海就是這裏了。

我在酒店住了三天，酒店環境衞生很好，前台人員接待熱情、周到。房間通風采光好，服務人員每天將房間整理得乾淨整潔，住着很愜意。而且酒店靠近海邊，每天可以去到海邊散步，看海，心曠神怡，海邊夜市很繁華，小吃應有盡有，

風景很好，打掃的也很乾凈，比想象中的大一點，在我們房間的窗户看出去可以看到沙灘的摩天輪，在這裏住了兩天有問題打電話到前台也很快可以得到反饋，住完兩天後又續訂一天，因為訂的房型和之前的不同，前台查詢後原先住的房型還有主動升了房型，沒了搬行李的煩惱

房間很大，距離漁人碼頭、寶塔觀音寺很近，第二天可以步行前往僅500米的海灣寢園掃墓，祭拜先人，特別方便。

晚上睡覺向睡在冰窖裏，床下面都沒有墊子，衹有一塊板，空調是一點反應沒有，空調是壞的，都凍感冒了，設施老舊，服務不好，希望攜程介入進行賠償
